Diane
Diane Bryant grew up in the Bronx, NY, and has called Philadelphia home for the past 18 years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts at Syracuse University, a Master’s Degree in Education at Saint Joseph’s University, a Special Education Certification at West Chester University, and an Administrative/Principal Certification at Temple University.
For nearly 25 years, Diane has been an educator with the School District of Philadelphia, including 17 years working closely with students with disabilities. She has always been a passionate advocate for students and families, making sure they have the support and opportunities they need to succeed.
As a mentor, Diane believes in empowering young people to discover their strengths and reach their goals. She helps mentees prepare for college and careers, while also encouraging growth in confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being. With trust, honesty, patience, and understanding, Diane is dedicated to guiding each mentee on their journey to achieving greatness.

Amirah
Amirah is a Licensed Behavior Specialist and certified teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and English from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Gwynedd Mercy University. She currently serves as a Police Co-Responder for mental health, where she works to support individuals and communities through care, guidance, and connection.
Amirah chose to become a mentor because she understands how much the right guidance can shape a person’s path. She is passionate about helping young people build confidence, develop real-world tools, and prioritize their mental health. With encouragement and compassion, she empowers teens to believe in themselves and thrive.

DJ
DJ earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from Fayetteville State University and a Master’s degree in Sports Rehabilitation from Penn State University. Growing up in foster care and in the neighborhoods of Pompano Beach, FL, DJ experienced struggle and resilience firsthand, which shaped his passion for helping others.
As a mentor, DJ is committed to showing teens that their past does not define their future. He provides motivation, accountability, and living proof that it’s possible to rise above challenges and achieve greatness.

Jaymen
Jaymen holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Gwynedd Mercy University. A former Big Sister and Childcare Owner/Director, as well as a foster/adoptive parent, Jaymen is deeply committed to supporting the growth and development of youth. She chose to become a mentor because teens need consistent guidance while navigating life’s challenges. Through her mentorship, Jaymen shares practical life skills and emphasizes the importance of self-worth, helping her mentees build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of personal value.

Chirron
Chirron is a mother of two with a background in business management and experience working with at-risk youth. She chose to become a mentor because she recognizes the critical need for positive role models in our communities. Believing that some young people simply need guidance as they navigate life’s challenges, Chirron is dedicated to offering that support and being a source of encouragement and hope.

Lierrah
Lierrah is a child and adolescent mental health therapist with a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Temple University. She believes that “it is okay to not be okay,” recognizing that everyone faces moments when navigating life feels difficult. Lierrah holds that, in the face of adversity, individuals’ inner strengths are revealed, fostering resiliency and resourcefulness. As a mentor, her goal is to meet teens where they are on their therapeutic journey and, through a positive psychology approach, help them uncover their strengths to build healthier, more fulfilling lives

Stephon
Stephon graduated from Widener University with a Bachelor’s in Business, concentrating in Human Resources. He began his career at Independence Blue Cross, where he supported the company’s mentorship program and saw firsthand the impact of guidance on young adults. Now serving as the Strength & Conditioning Coach at Cristo Rey High School, Stephon combines his passion for fitness and mentorship to support students, build strong relationships, and serve as a positive role model
